1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Analyzen, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Analyzen develops custom software, specifically background automation engines, interactive desktop tools, and cloud portals. All services are rendered based on an explicitly agreed-upon project specification document signed or accepted via email before development begins.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

We operate as a team of independent developers. Our standard billing protocol is as follows:

• All invoices are issued securely through **PayPal Invoices**.
• A **50% upfront deposit** is required to secure project resources and initiate development. This deposit is non-refundable once development has started.
• The remaining **50% balance** is due upon successful project delivery, functional review, and before final source code handover.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final project delivery and full payment of the agreed invoice, all ownership, source code rights, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client are fully transferred to the client. Analyzen retains the right to reuse standard boilerplate utilities, common libraries, and open-source packages.

5. Client Cooperation

Successful custom automation requires active client cooperation, including timely provision of API access, sample spreadsheets, environment specifications, or target platforms. Delays in client feedback may lead to revisions in estimated delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Analyzen is not liable for operational disruptions, revenue loss, data corruption, or compliance infractions stemming from client-side usage of automated data systems, API integrations, or databases. The client assumes full responsibility for complying with the terms of service of third-party platforms accessed by the automated tools.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Your continued engagement with Analyzen after revisions indicates full acceptance of the updated terms.
